Young African media entrepreneurs empowered through technology

By leveraging our current partner networks on the continent and in both Silicon Valley and Hollywood, we deliver an integrated, multi-stakeholder media literacy fellowship program the is tailored to the training of cohorts of young African media entrepreneurs. Our Fellowship includes formal training in Silicon Valley and Hollywood on various aspects of media literacy, language immersion, digital communications, content creation, social media, and broadcast journalism.

African talent development for the global stage 

Edutainment Africa provides local and international training to young creative professionals and content developers across Africa to prepare them for success on the global stage. This is  done through a combination of direct curriculum delivery and professional development activities such as media and content workshops. We also configure project work plans for industry technocrats, and design relevant industry knowledge bases needed for them to thrive locally as well as engage in international projects.

Our model leverages current capabilities and assets within our vast partnership networks, and identifies new corporate and non-corporate partners that strengthen critical aspects of our media, technology and talent development strategies.  Our partner engagement strategies include leading media,entertainment, technology and communications companies, across Africa and North America, that are eager to expand global media literacy, change the African narrative, and support the progressive strategies of the targeted communities through storytelling.

​​Over the next decade, African media stakeholders amplify their use of edutainment. They will fund and distribute media across all formats and size the African narrative to great commercial and socio-political effects.
